Motorcycle Mechanics Simplified - a Silly Picture

December 4th, 2009 by Phil Stewart

Part of my job as a professional hobo is to break stuff then pretend to fix it.  It's a great job!  What, your school counselor didn't tell you you could be a professional hobo?  Time to get a new counselor.

So today I got something new to break.  It's one of those little pull-string toy motorcycles... pull the string and it makes a bunch of noise and pretends to do stuff but nothing really happens.  Well, it's supposed to spin the tire and move the motorcycle but if it actually worked I sure as heck wouldn't own it let alone talk about it so use your imagination here.

After a couple hours diagnosing the problem, a lunch break, two short potty breaks (and one really, REALLY long one), I finally figured out what's wrong...  As Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman from Myth Busters would say:

"Well there's your problem"

Well There's the Problem
